Two 5ft Aluminum Box Truss sections bolted together equal one 10ft span, and that is much of the point. Shorter pieces are easier to carry through hotel service corridors and freight elevators, then join on the floor into a full booth header. On its own, the 60″ section of 12″ box bolt truss makes a low upright or a short beam.
In Buckhead and Downtown hotels, where load-in often runs through tight corridors, planners swap one 10ft beam for two 5ft pieces. On the show floor at GWCC, a 5ft upright on a 2×2 Steel Truss Base holds a small sign or a lighting bar at the front of a booth. It also builds the sides of a 5×10 frame for a lounge or demo zone.
Two shorter pieces fit through doors, elevators and service halls that a 10ft section may not, then bolt together to the same length.
Yes. Stood upright on a steel truss base, it holds a small sign near eye level at the front of a booth.
Yes. It is 12″ box bolt truss, the same profile as the 2ft through 10ft sections, so they bolt together directly.
