Rug Rentals

A lounge on bare convention carpet looks unfinished, and an event rug rental Atlanta planners add fixes that in minutes.

What event rugs can you rent in Atlanta?

Modern Event Rental Atlanta rents 5×8 ft event rugs in several patterns, including Bloomburst, Ombre Horizon, Metro Grid, Whisper Curves and Azure Flow, plus the Canvas Edge outdoor rug for patios and rooftops.

• Bloomburst Rug: navy, blue and gray floral burst that hides scuffs in busy booths.
• Ombre Horizon Rug: multicolor gradient of teal, rust and gray for warm sponsor lounges.
• Metro Grid Rug: charcoal gray with a white trellis pattern, a tidy match for black furniture.
• Whisper Curves Rug: cream with soft gray swirls under white lounge pieces.
• Azure Flow Rug: navy field with flowing white wave lines for coastal or tech brands.
• Canvas Edge (Outdoor Rug): beige with a double brown border for rooftops.

Why use rugs in a trade show booth or lounge?

A rug defines a seating zone on convention carpet, separating a meeting area from a demo space. Place one under a sofa and coffee table, or use two rugs to split a long prefunction hallway into separate lounges.

Pair each rug with coffee and end tables. Rugs from an event rug rental Atlanta order are rolled out before furniture lands on them.
